Hogtown Hash #1125
Hare: Flyer
Halloween hash

All Hallows Eve. The night we confront our fears. This is their night, our demons are on the move and we seek to escape their unwelcome attention by blending in. And from our various guises, strange truths emerge.

True to tradition we find a sprinkling of witches, dark angels and demons amongst Hogtown's merry band. Unexpectedly Venta frets about Hugh Heffner's bunnies and Pussy Foot is consumed with fear about what Patience's small teeth could do to a straw man. Beavers, if knowledgeable about the overuse of steroids, may indeed accept Zephyr as a member of their lodge. But perhaps this is an indication that all things Canadian strike terror into his star-spangled heart! Or perhaps a prescient warning of the animal hole into which he stumbled mid-run. (How's the ankle?)

The outward appearance of our two New Boots caused dismay and consternation among most of the assembled crew. Hideous and fearsome, unworldly and craven. Disgusting skinny and long limbed creatures with loathsome clean cut jaws and the air of ....... Runners (aaaaaaaagh.) And look, here is a Hasher to be pitied. Be warned gentle reader, ST's Re-Gift Hash is not for the faint of heart. Who can know the horror previously inflicted upon Lictrician, bravely wrapped in her gift package, tissue paper a-tremble. And Shadow, ah Shadow surpassed himself in his invisible man costume, still fearful that no-one will notice if he's off trail.

And see, has the witness protection scheme been cancelled? Just what have Casket and Fish Fingers been up to that makes them so afraid of the paparazzi? The guilt, the guilt, apparently it can make a strong man weep - or at any rate roam the streets wrapped in duct tape and cardboard. One insightful soul, dressed as a passable imitation, may well have touched upon the truth, forget the warlocks, 'ware BackDoor Buzz! Presumably the real one was out doing evil deeds GM take note.

Talking of which ..... there is a inner fear and a doubt haunting each of us. Our GM made a valiant attempt to look like one of them, to blend in, to draw upon scant memories inherited from her past. We thought that she feared no man, no beast but no; RoseEh's worst nightmare ......
